RW King was engaged to lead scheduling, reporting, and optimization for a statewide fiber network rollout under a high-visibility government contract.

CHALLENGE

The client faced fragmented scheduling, decentralized permit tracking, and inefficient reporting. Weekly updates were time-consuming, lacked clarity, and hindered decision-making. A newly deployed PMIS required expert configuration and integration into program operations.

SOLUTION

RW King developed and managed over 15 Microsoft Project schedules, built an integrated master schedule, and created dashboards for strand and fiber progress. We designed a SharePoint-based permit tracker, optimized field team deployment, and advised on risk, reporting, and PMIS administration.

The activities provided visibility, streamlined reporting, and optimized resource deployment—enabling confident leadership decisions and on-time, on-budget delivery to the consortium.
