CHALLENGE

The organization faced siloed operations and lacked a unified view of how departments collaborated to deliver and support solutions. Leadership needed clarity on current workflows, interdependencies, and IT’s role in enabling strategic growth.

SOLUTION

During the engagement, we facilitated cross-functional workshops to document the customer journey—from marketing through managed services—capturing current-state processes across departments. We then partnered with IT to define key information handoffs and collaborated with senior leaders to align on the new unified target operating model.
